IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY BENCH AT AURANGABAD CRIMINAL APPLICATION NO. 1349 OF 2025 IN WP/190/2016 SNEHAL SUNIL ZAWAR VERSUS SUNIL SURAJMAL ZAWAR AND OTHERS ... Advocate for Applicant : Mr. C.V. Borse h/f Mr. Patil Vijay Bhalerao APP for Respondent No.6 : Mr. S.M. Ganachari …
CORAM : SHAILESH P. BRAHME, J.
DATE : 17th APRIL 2025 PER COURT : . The Applicant is praying for disbursement of the amount of Rs.1,90,000/- deposited in this Court with accrued interest.
2. The parties were litigating in Criminal Writ Petition No.190/2016 which was dismissed vide order dated 29.07.2024, directing Respondent No.1/husband to deposit further amount of arrears of Rs.4,50,000/-. However he did not comply the same, albeit only an amount of Rs.1,90,000/- was deposited in the year 2016.
3. Applicant is entitled to receive Rs.4,50,000/-. But in part compliance of earlier order, amount of Rs.1,90,000/- is deposited by the Respondent/husband in two installments. There is no reason to doubt the entitlement of the Applicant to receive Rs.1,90,000/- with accrued interest which is lying with this Court, 2025:BHC-AUG:11266
