It is submitted by Mr. Borthakur that the Report is received from the OC of the concerned police station wherein it is stated that till date no case has been registered against the present petitioner, namely, Md. Ainul Hoque in Sipajhar police station. In view of this, the present anticipatory bail application is hereby closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum in the event of registering any case against him.
