Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority to revise petitioner's pensionary dues including monthly pension and gratuity after re-fixation as per 7th pay commission revision on the post of Co-operative Kurk Amin (salaraied) and to release of arrears alongwith interest. 3. For the such grievance, petitioner has already made a representation dated 24.07.2025. 4. Considering innocuous prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner and without entering into merits of the case, the opposite party no.2 i.e. Commissioner/Registrar Cooperative, U.P. Lucknow is hereby directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation dated 24.07.2025 within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 5. In case petitioner is found entitled for the aforesaid period benefits, actual payment thereof shall be ensured within a period of eight week thereafter. 6. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
