The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the 4th respondent at behest of 5th respondent in interfering with the civil dispute and directing the petitioner to handover the documents pertaining to the plot to the 5th respondent. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the 4th respondent would not interfere in the civil dispute. 2 4. Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of, making it clear that the 4th respondent shall not interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 5th respondent, without following due process of law.
