Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.2 to decide the complaint dated 27.01.2023 filed by respondent No.8 as well as reply dated 11.03.2024 which is pending before him expeditiously within the period stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 2. In the petition, prayer has been made that respondent No.2/District Magistrate Bagpat be directed to decide the complaint dated 27.01.2023 filed by respondent No.8/Pradhan within stipulated period. 3. Mr. R.C.Srivastava, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and Mr. Sunil Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha submitted that in complaint dated 27.01.2023 annexed as annexure No.1, prayer has been made that copy of any document belonging any other tenure holder should not be issued to one Pankaj Tomar. They submitted that prayer made in the instant petition as well as in the complaint dated 27.01.2023 cannot be allowed in exercise of jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 4. Considering the complaint dated 27.01.2023 as well as prayer made in the instant petition, no interference can be made by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 5.
