The present petition has been filed for the grant of following relief(s): “for direction/mandamus to the respondent no.2, the District Magistrate, Motihari East Champaran and respondent no.5 the Circle Officer, Adapur, Motihari, East Champaran has given order/direction to the respondents concerned to demarcation of the Raiyat land Khata no. 86 khesra no. 664 area 52 katha 16 dhur in village Mouza Kalwari, Jamabandi no. Patna High Court CWJC No.13994 of 2017(2) dt.05-05-2025 2/2 1042. Jamabandi is in favour of petitioner and other land khesra no. 663 which is road in Government map. The road used by the general people but road is constructed in raiyati land of the petitioner not constructed in govt. land, petitioner is boundary of the khesra no. 663. Any other writ/s order/s for granting any other reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled to the facts and circumstances of the present case.” 3. A counter affidavit has come on behalf of the respondent no.5 in which paragraph 5 shows that as per the measurement report of the land of petitioner, the construction or the road under the Mukhyamantri Gram Sadak Yojana has not been made on the raiyati land of the petitioner. In view of the fact that the respondents have cleared the air, granting liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps if the statement is otherwise found incorrect, the writ petition stands disposed of. vinayak/- (Rajiv Roy, J) U
