Sarma, learned standing counsel for the FT matters and NRC; Mr. H. Kuli, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. A.I. Ali, learned standing counsel for the ECI; and Mr. P. Sarmah, learned Additional Senior Govt. Advocate for the State respondent. 2. By filing this interlocutory application, the applicant, who is the petitioner in the connected WP(C) No. 3521/2025, is seeking amendment of the cause title by substituting the police station as Jogighopa in place of Abhayapuri in respect of the address of the petitioner as well the affidavit. 3. As the learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that there is an inadvertent typing mistake, the prayer made in respect of the correction of cause title stands allowed. 4. Accordingly, the applicant is permitted to substitute the cause title of WP(C) No. 3521/2025 by submitting a freshly typed out cause title to the AO(J), Page No.# 4/5 FT Section to be incorporated in the writ petition. Consequential correction shall be done thereafter. 5. However, insofar as the correction of the affidavit is concerned, the same cannot be allowed as the affidavit cannot be allowed to be amended or corrected. Therefore, the applicant is permitted to file a separate affidavit in support of the writ petition, to be incorporated in the said writ petition as page no.17(A). 6. The learned counsel for the applicant has made an oral statement to effect that in view of the incorrect reference to the police station, the applicant could not appear before the jurisdictional Superintendent of Police (Border) and take bail in terms of the order dated 23.06.2025, passed in the connected WP(C) No. 3521/2025. Accordingly, he prays for some additional time to take bail. 7. Heard the learned CGC, State and Departmental counsel on the said oral prayer. 8. Considering the nature of prayer, the prayer stands allowed. 9. Accordingly, further 10 (ten) days time from the date of this order is granted to the applicant to appear before the concerned jurisdictional Superintendent of Police (Border) and take bail in terms of order dated 23.06.2025. Other conditions contained therein shall hold good for all purposes. 10. This order shall be read together with order dated 23.06.2025, passed Page No.# 5/5 in the connected WP(C) No. 3521/2025. 11.
