The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following prayer:- “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court kindly be pleased to set-aside the order dated 26-10-2016, passed by the Ld. Family Court, Rajnandgaon, District Rajnandgaon [C.G.], in Misc. Criminal Case No. 49/2015 and to pass any appropriate order in favour of the applicant, to meet the ends of justice.” 4. It appears that with the passage of time, the applicants have lost interest in pursuing this matter. 5. Accordingly, the revision is dismissed on this ground alone. Interim relief if any stands vacated. 6. Office is directed to send a certified copy of this order to the trial Court concerned for necessary information and follow up action.
