Present writ petition has been filed alleging inaction on the part of the police authorities to extend necessary assistance in view of the fact that the defendant of a suit vide Title Suit no. 8 of 2015 declined to obey the order of injunction passed by the learned trial court on 21st May 2015 I am of the view that with the passage of time the present writ petition has become infructuous and accordingly the same is dismissed. 2.
