The instant application under section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to direct the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-7 (Room no. 31), Lucknow to decide the Criminal Case No.10886 of 2023; State Vs. Ankur Singh, arising out of Case Crime No. 281 of 2021, under Sections 406, 506 of IPC, Police Station Krishna Nagar, District Lucknow, expeditiously. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the matter pertains to the year 2021, but even after passing of four years, the proceeding of the case has not been concluded as yet. After arguing at length, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that interest of justice would be sub- surved if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the trial court to decide the matter within the stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this court. Considering aforesaid innocuous prayer, the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-7 (Room no. 31), Lucknow is directed to decide the Criminal Case No.10886 of 2023; State Vs. Ankur Singh, arising out of Case Crime No. 281 of 2021, under Sections 406, 506 of IPC, Police Station Krishna Nagar, District Lucknow, with expedition, in accordance with law considering the instructions and guidelines issued by this court; time to time.
