Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed challenging order dated 15.06.2025 whereby he has been transferred from district Hardoi to District Lakhimpur Khiri. 3. Learned Counsel for petitioner has adverted to the government order dated 06.05.2025 to submit that the said transfer policy provides for transfer only upon completion of three years in a particular district whereas petitioner has completed only two and a half years in the present district and therefore was required to be exempted from annual transfer. He has also adverted to the letter dated 14.07.2025 submitted by the Land Conservation Officer recommending petitioner's continuance in district Hardoi. 4. Regarding said grievance, petitioner has already submitted a representation but seeks liberty to file a fresh representation before the concerned authority. 5. Considering the aforesaid, liberty is granted to petitioner to make a fresh representation before opposite party no.2 i.e. Director, Agriculture, Uttar Pradesh, Krishi Bhawan, Lucknow who shall decide the same in the light of recommendatory letter dated 14.07.2025 expeditiously within a period of ten days from the date certified copy of this order is served upon him. 6.
