This is an application under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, has been filed by the petitioner, namely, Jagadish Das ,seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Changsari P.S Case No.106/2025 under Section 126(2)/117(2)/3(5) of the Page No.# 2/2 BNS, 2023. 3. It is submitted by Mr. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor that investigation is completed, resulting in a charge-sheet. 4. In the given facts and circumstances, allowing this bail petition, it is directed that in the event of arrest in connection with this case, the accused- petitioner, named above, shall be released on furnishing bail bond in connection with Changsari P.S Case No.106/2025 under 126(2)/117(2)/3(5) of the BNS, 2023, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.30,000/- with one suitable surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting authority. 6. The direction for bail is further subject to the conditions: (a) He shall be available for trial; (b) He shall not hamper or tamper with evidence; and (c) He shall not intimidate or harass the informant side or any other witnesses. 7.
