The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the opposite parties no.2 to 6 to ensure release of the lad of Gata No.296 which is recorded as Chak Road, Gata No.276 which is recorded as Jal Magna Bhumi and Gata No.295 which is recorded as Rasta situate at Village Batauli, Rampur Khas, Tahsil Lalganj, District Pratapgarh from the illegal encroachment of the opposite party No.7 and also to remove the illegal encroachments made over the same expeditiously or within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based on the instructions which are taken on record, states that the offending constructions have already been removed. 4. In view of the said instructions, no further direction is required. 5. The petition stands disposed of.
