Grievance of the petitioner is that he is serving as TGT (N.M) at GSSS Seikothi, Tehsil Churah, District Chamba, HP eversince 18.11.2019. He has completed much more than requisite tenure in the aforesaid hard/tribal area and is seeking his transfer to a station of his choice in accordance with the Transfer Policy. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent /Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per transfer policy within a period of three weeks from today.
