Mr. Sahil Chandra, learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that he would be satisfied, if for the present, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to treat the writ petition as a representation and to take a decision thereon within a period of four weeks from today, keeping in mind the decision rendered by this Court in Ajit Singh v UOI1. 2.
