Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant application under section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the following prayer: "Issue an order or direction commanding the Learned Court of District and Session Judge Sultanpur for completing the trial of the preferred case expeditiously on the day to day basis, which is pending for adjudication, vide Case No. 428/2024 first criminal appeal under section 18 of the Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, against the order date 12/06/2023 passed by the court of District Magistrate within the stipulated period of time. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the trial court to decide the matter within the stipulated period of time, as may be fixed by this court. 4. Considering aforesaid innocuous prayer, the trial court is directed to decide the Case No. 428/2024 first criminal appeal under section 18 of the Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, against the order date 12/06/2023 passed by the court of District Magistrate with expedition, in accordance with law, considering the instructions and guidelines issued by this court time to time. 5.
