Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority to transfer petitioner from the post of Follower to any other equivalent post. 3. It has been submitted that petitioner is currently employed on the post of Follower in district Hamirpur but due to serious aliment he is unable to perform his duties as a Follower effectively and therefore seeks to be assigned the work of any other class IV post in the same office. 4. Since grievance raised by petitioner can be decided only administratively, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before opposite party no.2 i.e. Superintendent of Police, Hamirpur who may consider and decide the same expeditiously within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 5.
