This petition has been filed the petitioner with the following prayer : "i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties particularly the opposite party no.2 to take decision upon the application moved by the petitioner in view of the Circular/Government Order dated 1.5.2017 and take action against the Bhumafiya and land grabber herein opposite party no.4 and to consider the grievances of petitioner in accordance with law in respect of peaceful possession over the residential land. ii). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to consider the grievances in accordance with law with direction not to create any hindrance/ obstruction in the physical and peaceful possession of the petitioner over the residential land." 2. We have gone through the prayers made by the petitioner which is vague and do not find mention of any F.I.R. lodged by the petitioner or even an attempt being made to lodge the F.I.R. against the private respondent no.4 which has not been entertained by the police authorities. The petitioner has remedy of filing an application under Section 175(3) B.N.S.S. or by filing a complaint case under Section 223 and 224 B.N.S.S. in case the respondent no.4 is threatening the petitioner. 4.
