Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for respondent no.1 and Sri Neerav Chitravanshi, learned counsel appearing for respondents no.2 to 4. 2. Under challenge is the order dated 08.06.2022, a copy of which is Annexure-1 to the petition, whereby the third ACP which was granted to the petitioners has been withdrawn. 3. Admittedly, no opportunity of hearing has been accorded to the petitioners prior to passing the impugned order. 4. Considering the aforesaid, it is apparent that the impugned order has been passed in gross violation of principles of natural justice. Accordingly, the writ petition is allowed and the impugned order dated 08.06.2022 is quashed. Consequences to follow. 5. However, the respondents would be at liberty to proceed in accordance with law after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. Order Date :- 11.2.2025 A.
