Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel, who appears for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed by petitioner with following main prayer: "(I) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding upon the opposite parties to pay compensation/financial assistance of Rs.5,00,000.00/- to the petitioner under the "Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojna" on account of death of i.e. Late Amrish Kumar, along with interest @ 14% from the date of death of deceased i.e.18-10-2024 till actual payment." 3. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State has given a copy of rejection order on our direction to learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. On perusal of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition. 5.
