Act. It is submitted that the petitioner has filed I.P.No.15 of 2021 and after filing of the said I.P., the 2'^'^ respondent has filed C.C.No.884 of 2021 alleging offence under Section 138 of N.l. Act. It is also submitted that the petitioner is disputing the liability that there is no jurisdiction in filing a complaint against the petitioner under Section 138 of N.l. Act. As seen from the submissions of the complaint, the 2'^'* respondent is nd relying on the alleged cheque issued in support of the contention of the 2 respondent that an amount of Rs.61,75,129/- was allegedly due and that a cheque for 64,52,00,000/- was issued. The ground raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner would 2. have to be considered by the trial Court when the matter is taken up for trial.
