This writ petition is filed with a prayer to decide the reference pending before Chancellor, Sampurnanand Sanskrit Vishwavidyalaya, Varanasi. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner in support of above prayer have referred the documents annexed alongwith this writ petition. 4. Learned counsel appearing for Respondents-2 and 3 submits that in the reference pleadings have been exchanged and Respondent-2 will decide the same within a very short period. 5. Learned counsel for petitioner fairly submits that on basis of above submission this writ petition may be disposed of. 6. In the circumstances, taking note of above submissions, this writ petition is disposed of with observation that Respondent-2 will decide the reference, which is pending pending before him for last almost two years, by a reasoned order within a very short period.
