Perusal of the record reveals that petitioner is before Debt Recovery Tribunal in Securitization Application No. 235 of 2024, which was listed before the Tribunal yesterday. 5. Learned counsel for the Bank apprise the Court that today is the date fixed before the Tribunal. Petitioner cannot avail two remedy simultaneously. 6. Since, he is before the proper forum, therefore, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to pursue the remedy before the Tribunal. If petitioner makes application for interim relief, the same shall be expeditiously considered by learned Tribunal.
