Bsishya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 2. This petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed by the petitioner, namely, Md. Habibar Rahman @ Hobibor Rahman Sk., stated to be aged 19 years apprehending arrest in connection with Tamarhat P.S. Case No. 57/2025 registered u/s 191(2)/191(3)/190 /126(2) / Page No.# 2/2 324(4)/117(2)/118(2)/303(2)/109 of BNS, 2023. 3. The petitioner was granted interim bail on 21.07.2025 after that he has appeared before the IO and his statement was recorded. It is submitted that as many as 27 accused persons were named in the ejahar but all the remaining persons have been granted bail. 4. Learned counsel has drawn my attention to order dated 23.07.2025 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Dhubri in Misc. (Crl.) Case No. 751/2025 in which it is noticed that it may be a case of free fight in which both sides sustained grievous injury. 5. I have also perused the copy of the identity card of the petitioner annexed as Annexure-4 wherein he is stated to be an advocate practicing before this Court. 6. In the given facts and circumstances, the interim bail granted vide order dated 21.07.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions:- (a) he shall co-operate with the remaining investigation; (b) he shall not hamper or tamper with evidence. 7.
