Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties. 2. Present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed seeking direction to authority concerned for providing work and duty to petitioner in the Prantiya Raksha Dal and for payment of honorarium. 3. It is submitted that petitioner had been employed as Volunteer in Prantiya Raksha Dal since year 2010 till 2022 but has not been allocated any work thereafter. 4. Learned State Counsel has been provided written instructions dated 18.08.2025, which is taken on record and as per which petitioner has not submitted any High School mark-sheet which is an essential qualification. It is also submitted that petitioner has not completed the training period prescribed. 5. Since considering petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file representation before opposite party no.3 i.e. Zila Yuva Kalyan Evam Pradeshik Vikas Dal Adhikari, District Ambedkar Nagar or any other competent authority. In case such a representation is filed, the same is required to be decided by authority concerned expeditiously by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks from receipt of representation of petitioner along with a certified copy of this order, in case petitioner fulfills the requirement for appointment as volunteer in Prantiya Raksha Dal. The authorities shall also take into account the aspect that petitioner has rendered services as volunteer for almost 12 years in Prantiya Raksha Dal and that may count towards any deficiency in training. 6.
