No.5783/2023, pending on the file of Court of IV Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru to the Court of the Principal Judge Court at Mysore. 2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that they have no objection and this petition may be transferred to the Principal Judge, Family Court, where the Crl.Misc.No.473/2023 is pending and there may be a direction for expeditious disposal of the matter. 4. In the light of the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, this Court deems it appropriate to allow this petition. However, there cannot be any direction to expedite the hearing as this is the M.C. of the year 2023.
