Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner, in essence, seeking stay of the execution of an eviction decree. 3. It is argued that the petitioner has already preferred an appeal. 4. Considering the said fact, no good ground for interference is made out for the reliefs claimed. 5. At this stage, the petitioner wants to with the writ petition. 6. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn as well as having no merit. 7. However, in case the appeallate court has not granted the stay, the execution order shall be executed forthwith.
