This is an application filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 for condoning of delay of 277 days in preferring the connected application, IA(C)/3350/2024 under Order 22 Rule 3(1) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. The ground for delay in filing the substitution application has been explained in paragraph nos. 2, 3 and 4 of the said application. Upon consideration of the explanation given in the said application, this Court is satisfied that the applicant has been able to show sufficient cause for not filing the connected application within the stipulated time.
