No one appeared on behalf of the revisionist to press this revision. However, Sri Aajy Kumar Srivastava, learned AGA is present in the Court. 2. This criminal revision seeking bail has been filed under Section 53 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000 (in short "Act of 2000") against the order dated 17.05.2017, passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 1, District- Lakhimpur Kheri in Criminal Appeal No.30 of 2017, which was preferred against the order dated 07.03.2017, passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Lakhimpur Kheri in Bail Application arising out of Case Crime No.434 of 2016, under Sections- 376, 506 I.P.C. & Section 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Kotwali Sadar, District- Lakhimpur Kheri. 3. This Court vide order dated 25.08.2025, after taking note of the fact that the instant revision relates to enlargement of revisionist on bail, directed the Senior Registrar of this Court to provide the status of the present case. 4. In compliance of this Court's order dated 25.08.2025, Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Lakhimpur Kheri (in short "Magistrate") has sent report dated 27.08.2025 to this Court, which reads as under:- "महोदय, उपरोक्त िवषय के सम्बन्ध में ससम्मान िनवेदन है िक माननीय न्यायालय के आदेश िदनांिकत 25-08-2025 के अनुपालन में मुझे अद्यतन आख्या अिवलम्ब प्रस्तुत िकये जाने हेतु िनदेर्िशत Versus Counsel for Revisionist(s) : Umesh Chandra Vishwakarma Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : Govt. Advocate Deepak Gupta Thru. Guardian Smt. Ram Devi Gupta .....Revisionist(s) State of U.P. and Another .....Opposite Party(s) िकया गया है। उक्त संदिभत मुकदमा, िकशोर न्याय बोडर्, लखीमपुर खीरी द्वारा िदनांिकत 07.05.2018 को जुमर्इकबाल के आधार पर िनस्तािरत कर पत्रावली दािखल अिभलेखागार की जा चुकी है। संबंिधत पत्रावली अिभलेखागार से अधोहस्ताक्षरी द्वारा तलब कर अवलोिकत की गयी, संबंिधत िनणर्य की स्व-प्रमािणत प्रित आख्या के साथ संलग्न की जा रही है। अतः अनुरोध है िक उक्त आख्या माननीय न्यायालय के समक्ष कृ पापूणर् अवलोनाथर् प्रस्तुत करने की कृ पा करे।" 5.
