Kajal along with opposite party no. 4 has been produced by Sub Inspector Yogesh Kumar and lady Constable Ms. Rinu of Police Station Shercoat, Bijnour. She has stated that she is residing with opposite party no. 4, who is her father, out of her own free will and she has not been detained illegally or by force. 2. In view of the aforesaid statement made by the alleged detenue, it appears that the allegations of she having been detained illegally is incorrect. 3. Accordingly, the petition seeking issuance of a writ of habeas corpus lacks merit and the same is dismissed.
