Sri Ran Vijay Singh submits that the order of the writ Court has already been complied with. 2. Copy of the aforesaid order is also provided to learned counsel for the applicant. 3. Considering the contents of the order passed by the writ Court as well as the aforesaid order placed before this Court, this Court is of the view that no contempt is made out. Accordingly, the contempt application is dismissed. 4. However, it is open to the applicant to take appropriate remedy, if he is feeling aggrieved with the order passed by the respondent.
