As prayed for, list on 28.02.2026. In the meanwhile, respondents to ensure that amount due to the petitioner is paid to him. The above order has not been complied with by the respondents. At the persuasive request made by learned Additional Advocate General, a week’s further time is granted for compliance of the above order, failing which, 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 respondents shall remain present in the Court on the next date. List on 10.03.2026.” 2. Pursuant to above order, learned Assistant Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 09.03.2026 from the Executive Engineer, Dharampur Division, HPPWD Dharampur, conveying that the Government has allocated requisite funds and complete net payment amounting to Rs.7,45,664/- after statutory deductions has already been processed through Government Treasury on 09.03.2026. The payment made to the petitioner under RTGS mode has also been made part of the office instructions. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that release of payment in question by the respondents, as informed by them in the office instructions placed on record today, has redressed the grievance of the petitioner raised in this writ petition. In view of above, this writ petition to stand disposed of as the respondents have redressed petitioner’s grievances. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
