The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: (i) Direct the Respondent no.1 to dispose of the execution petition, viz., Arbitration Execution Case No. 67 of 2024, titled as 'Mahakaleshwar Infratech Private Limited vs. Chief Engineer (National Highways Division) UPPWD' in time bound manner, preferably within a period of 4 (four) weeks, by conducting day-to-day hearings." 3. An application for attaching the accounts, as the said to have been moved by the petitioner, the court concerned is directed to consider and decide the aforesaid application, in accordance with law, with all expedition preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 4.
