This petition has been filed by the petitioner, namely, Dileep Kumar seeking the following relief:- "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the order dated 21.08.2017 passed by the lower court and the maintenance application bearing Case No.411 of 2016 be directed to be dismissed in want of ingredients of 125 Cr.P.C. in the interest of justice." 3. On being confronted on the issues related in the present revision, learned counsel for the revisionist submits that he has no instructions in the matter and, therefore, the same may be dismissed as such. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the said prayer. 5. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed for want of instructions.
