Heard Sri Gyanendra Pathak, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.N. Tilhari, learned AGA for the State. 2. By means of this petition the petitioner has prayed for issuance of certiorari to quash the F.I.R. dated 30.6.2025 bearing FIR No. 0150/2025 u/s 3(1) U.P. Gangster Act, P.S. Hardutt Nagar Girant, District Shrawasti (Annexure no. 1). 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the impugned F.I.R. has been lodged only on the basis of single case. On that Sri Tilhari, learned AGA has stated that the law is trite on the point that on the basis of single case the Gangster Act may be imposed. 4. Keeping in a view the aforesaid submission of Sri Tilhari and also the fact that the aforesaid submission of Sri Tilhari could not be disputed, therefore, this petition is dismissed being misconceived. 5. However, it is always open for the petitioner to take appropriate remedy before the appropriate Court of law / authority strictly in accordance with law.
