The instant application under section 483 Cr.P.C./529 of the B.N.S.S.,2023 has been filed with the prayer to direct the learned trial court i.e. Civil Judge(Junior Division)/F.T.C., Room No. 50, Lucknow to decide the Criminal Case No. 41225/2018(State Vs Sheetaladin and Others) arising out of Case Crime No. 0094/2017, under sections 498- A,323,506 of I.P.C. and section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station-Mahila Thana, District-Lucknow, which is pending before the Civil Judge(Junior Division)/F.T.C., Room No. 50, Lucknow as early as possible stipulated time framed by this court. Learned counsel appearing for the applicants submits that the matter pertains to the year 2018 and even after passing of about 7 years, the proceeding of the case has not been concluded as yet. After arguing at length, learned counsel appearing for the applicants submits that interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the trial court to decide the matter within the stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this court. Considering aforesaid innocuous prayer, the trial court is directed to consider and decide the Criminal Case Criminal Case No. 41225/2018, with expedition, in accordance with law considering the instructions and guidelines issued by this court; time to time. With the aforesaid observation, the instant application stands disposed of.
