The petitioner is a proprietorship concerned, running a business in the name and style of 'Lakshmi Ranganatha Warehouse' and has submitted applications to respondents No.2 to 4 for allotment of an industrial plot in Sy.No.539/2 situated at Harohalli 2nd Phase, Harohalli Village, Kanakapura Taluk, Ramanagara District, for the purpose of establishment of an industry. 3. The petitioner’s grievance is that the said applications have not been considered till date by the respondents. Therefore, the prayer in the writ petition is to issue a writ of mandamus directing respondents No.2 to 4 to consider the applications of the petitioner. 4.
