The petitioner claims that she was assigned admeasuring land an extent of Ac.4.90 cents in Sy.No.324/3 of Nallathimmayapalle Village, Nandalur Mandal, Kadapa District in the year 1996. She further contends that her name was also mutated in revenue records and she is in continuous, uninterrupted possession of the said lands. While so, the respondents tried to interfere with her possession on the premise that the subject land is required for allotment of house sites in favour of eligible beneficiaries under Navaratnalu Pedalandariki Illu scheme. As the respondents interfered with her possession without following the due process, she filed the present writ petition. 2. This Court, by order dated 05.08.2020, directed the respondents to maintain status quo. The said order is subsisting till today. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, placed instructions dated 10.03.2025, furnished by the Tahsildar, Nandalur Mandal and on perusal of the same, it is clear that the subject land was not proposed for house sites as alleged by the petitioner. Further, the instructions read that alternative Government land in Sy.No.330 and 332 of Nallathimmayapalli Village was identified and thereafter pattas were distributed to the eligible beneficiaries. 4. The said instructions are placed on record. 5. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with the possession of the petitioner except in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
