INDIRESH ORAL ORDER In this writ petition, petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents 3 and 4 to conduct Durasti in respect of the land in question; inter alia sought for direction to the respondent No.3 to consider the representation dated 19th October, 2023 (Annexure-Q) for issuance of required documents in respect of the land in question; so also direct the respondent No.4 to consider the representation/application dated 04th December, - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:19721 WP NO.3941 OF 2025 2023 (Annexure-G) for conducting Durasti of the land in question. 2. Heard Sri. T.A. Karumbaiah, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. Siddharth Baburao, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents. 3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the writ papers, the same would indicate that the claim of the petitioner is with regard to conducting Durasti of his land and in this regard he made representation/application to the respondents 3 and 4. However, I am of the view that the petitioner is required make an application to the competent authority through online for conducting Durasti of the land in question. Therefore, if such an application is made by the petitioner through online for conducting Durasthi, the same shall be considered by the respondent-Authorities as expeditiously as possible.
