LAKSHMANA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE NO.276 of 2010 ORDER: Heard Ms.A.Chinmayi, learned counsel representing Mr.T.V.S.Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.Akhila, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, who has submitted that the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Kadapa, disposed the case in S.T.C.No.84 of 2008 on 31.07.2018. Therefore, the revision has rendered infructuous inasmuch as the application filed under Section 45 of the Evidence Act to send the disputed cheque to the hand writing expert with the specimen signatures of the petitioner herein, was dismissed. 2. As seen from the website of ECourts Services, S.T.C.No.84 of 2008 was dismissed as uncontested on 31.07.2018 resulting the petitioner/accused was acquitted under Section 256 Cr.P.C. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the revision has become infructuous and it may be dismissed as infructuous. 4. In view of the same, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
