Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel, who appears for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed by petitioner with following main prayer: "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS thereby commanding the opposite parties No. 2&3 to get release the Vehicle No. UP40-AT 0761 of the petitioner from the illegal custody of the Opp. party No.4 to 6, who have forcibly lifted the vehicle of the petitioner and detained at his Yard, while there is no balance of any kind against the petitioner." 3. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State has pointed out that this writ petition has been filed against a private bank i.e. Mahindra & Manhindra Financial Services Ltd, whereas no writ petition is maintainable against a private financial services. 4.
