Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority to consider petitioner's application for compassionate appointment in view of the fact that his father, late Chhote Khan passed away in service on 26.01.2024. 3. It is submitted that for the aforesaid grievance, petitioner has already submitted an application dated 19.06.2025/02.07.2025. 4. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, the opposite party no.5 i.e. Superintendent of Police is directed to decide petitioner's application dated 19.06.2025/02.07.2025 expeditiously within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority after affording opportunity of hearing to all heirs of deceased. Petitioner shall annex a copy of application dated 19.06.2025/02.07.2025 alongwith a certified copy of this order. 5. With aforesaid directions, petition stands disposed of.
