ORDER [PER SANJAY A. DESHMUKH, J.] :-
1. This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief :
"By issuing writ of habeas corpus or any other writ,
order or direction in the like nature, it may be directed to the respondents to produce the detained Ujwala d/o Nandkishor Sharma @ Ujwala Vikas Dhotre before this Hon'ble High Court, who is wrongfully detained in the custody of respondent Nos.4 to 8 and take suitable action in accordance with law."
2. In the summer vacation, on 05th June 2025, the missing woman was produced before this Court. On interrogation, she stated that she does not want to reside with the petitioner. Her statement was recorded by the police and it is marked as Exhibit-X, in which also, she has expressed that she is not willing to go to cohabit with 2025:BHC-AUG:20378-DB
2 criwp-521-2025 the petitioner. The petitioner is informed about it in the Chamber. The woman produced before this Court was freed away to go with her parents. Thereafter, the matter was fixed for final order.
3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner is absent. The petition became infructuous and therefore, it is disposed of.
