This writ petition has been filed with following main prayer:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no.3 to release the payment of the petitioner for the work done in respect to the order dated 19.03.2021." Learned counsel for the petitioner says that the District Panchayat Raj Officer i.e. the opposite party No.4 is responsible for releasing the payment for work, which he has done in respect of work order dated 19.03.2021. The petitioner has moved a representation to the opposite party No.3, which is still pending, hence this writ petition has been filed. This writ petition is disposed of without looking into the merits of the case and with direction to the Chief Development Officer, Raebareli to look into the matter and decide the representation of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law within eight weeks from the date, certified copy of this order is placed before him.
