The instant application under section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to direct the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kunda, Pratapgarh to decide the Case No. 715 of 2024; State Vs. Manish Kesharwani @ Ankur and others, arising out of Case Crime No. 124 of 2022, under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506, 377 IPC and Sections 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Kunda, District Pratapgarh, expeditiously. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the matter pertains to the year 2022, but even after passing of three years, the proceeding of the case has not been concluded as yet. After arguing at length, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that interest of justice would be sub- surved if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the trial court to decide the matter within the stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this court. Considering aforesaid innocuous prayer, the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kunda, Pratapgarh is directed to decide the Case No. 715 of 2024; State Vs. Manish Kesharwani @ Ankur and others, arising out of Case Crime No. 124 of 2022, under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506, 377 IPC and Sections 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Kunda, District Pratapgarh, with expedition, in accordance with law considering the instructions and guidelines issued by this court; time to time.
