Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties no. 2 to 4 to immediately remove the illegal encroachments made by opposite parties no. 5 to 8 over Gata Nos. 690 and 642 (Chakroad), situated in Village Chandrawan Jagir, Post Dhanuhi, Tehsil - Payagpur, District - Bahraich." 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon the instructions, states that the proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 have already been initiated. 4. In view of the said statement, the present petition is disposed of with direction to conclude the proceedings expeditiously within the time prescribed under the statute, i.e., 90 days.
