Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsels for the respondents. 2. On a query, learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that the petitioner has not approached the Authorities for redressing his grievance and has straightaway approached the Court. 3. Learned counsel for the University would submit that the private respondent (respondent no.4) was appointed in 2001, i.e. almost a quarter of a century ago, and that the PIL petitioner himself was an employee and served the University for almost two 1 2025:UHC:10815-DB decades. 4. In that view, we are of the opinion that the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to approach the Vice Chancellor with appropriate complaint(s)/ representation. If such a complaint(s)/ representation is made, the Vice Chancellor shall consider and dispose of the same within eight weeks after affording an opportunity of hearing to the complainant. 5.
