The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for following reliefs:- "i Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the direct the Respondent no.2/Tehsildar Tehsil- Kasaya, District-Kushinagar to decide the case no.2423 of 2022 Computerized Case No.T202205440402423 (Meena Devi Vs. Surya Nath Yadav) Under Section 35 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006, pending the court of Tehsildar Tehsil-Kasya, District Kushinagar, within stipulated period which may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a direction be issued to the respondent no.2 to decide the Case No.2423 of 2022 within a stipulated period. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the respondent no.2 will decide the aforesaid case in a time bound manner. In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2 to consider and decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
