He has sought his release on bail. This is third bail application of the applicant. His first bail application was dismissed on merits on 22.10.2024. His second bail application was also rejected on 25.06.2025. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. Having considered, this Court is of the view that there is no new ground to enlarge the applicant on 2 bail. Accordingly, the third bail application of the applicant deserves to be rejected. 4.
