Heard Sri Anas Siddiqui, holding brief of Sri Firoz Ahmad Khan, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Girjesh Kumar Dwivedi, learned AGA for the State-opposite parties no.1, 2 & 3. 2. In view of the order proposed to be passed, notice to opposite party no.4 is dispensed with. 3. By means of this petition, the petitioners have assailed the FIR bearing FIR/Case Crime No.86 of 2025, under Sections 85, 351(3), 115(2) of B.N.S. 2023 and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, Police Station- Kotwali Dehat, District- Gonda. 4. Sri Dwivedi has produced instructions letter dated 13.08.2025 provided by one Brijesh Kumar Gupta, Sub Inspector, Police Station- Kotwali Dehat, District- Gonda addressing to the Government Advocate of this Court indicating therein that investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been submitted before the supervisory authority/ Circle Officer, City, Gonda and the same may be sent to the court concerned very soon. The aforesaid instructions letter is taken on record 5. In the wake of aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this petition, therefore, the present writ petition is consigned to record. 6.
